The Clinic ASKLIPIOS SA Responding to the modernization of health services, imposed by national and international standards, European data and current legislation, decided to modify the Quality Management System that applies according to ELOT EN ISO 9001: 2008 in order to meet the requirements of the new standard ELOT EN ISO 9001: 2015 & EN 15224: 2012.

The Quality Management System of the Clinic covers the diagnosis, the design of medication & the provision of nursing services for the care and treatment of people suffering from mental illness and designed according to the needs and aspirations of the clinic, as well as in accordance with Legal and Regulatory requirements.

Satisfaction and ensuring the trust and requirements of patients, their relatives and insurers, through the fulfillment of defined quality standards and conscientiousness and consistency are key principles of the psychiatric clinic. The overall goal is to provide high quality services, taking into account the achievements of the development in the field of medicine. More specifically, the clinic seeks:

  • the treatment of people suffering from mental illness and hospitalized in its facilities
  • the application of the most modern scientific methods
  • the implementation of a unified strategy to avoid inherent weaknesses of similar efforts in similar areas (such as asylum and inadequate treatment of the mentally ill)
  • cooperation with public and private bodies dealing with mental health problems
  • the continuous expansion of the capabilities of the patients
  • the continuous upgrade of the clinic’s staff, through training programs, but also the recruitment of trained new employees
  • implementation of the clinical risk management process, including clinical risk management
  • respect for patients’ particularities and personal data
  • the observance of ethical values, ethics and ethics and the characteristics and quality requirements in health care and safety services to all domestic and international patients and other clients and stakeholders
  • the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System and the operation of the clinic with the effective use of the following tools:
  • Defining and reviewing quality objectives.
  • Management Review
  • Internal Inspections
  • Corrective and Preventive Actions
  • Systematic analysis of data resulting from Quality Files.

In order to achieve the above objectives, all the necessary reports have been made in the documentation of the Quality Management System. Through the systematic planning, the control of the procedures and the continuous improvement of all the activities, the principles of the Clinic are fulfilled.

The Management is committed to the disposal of the infrastructure and equipment that is deemed necessary for the implementation of its tasks. Each employee is responsible for the quality of his own work and is obliged to contribute to the management of quality, product safety and the achievement of set goals. For this reason, all employees, depending on their responsibilities, are informed about the Quality Management System and act in accordance with the established rules.

Procedures, flows and actions that do not guarantee the fulfillment of the set goals, are immediately stopped by those responsible, cause analyzes are carried out and the necessary improvement measures are defined. The policy is reviewed annually.
