The basic principle of the founder of the Asklipios Therapeutic Center, Symeon Dere, was the care of the mentally ill in the best possible way, a necessary condition for which he considered: “Love for the suffering fellow human being and Science”. These two components are the principles by which future generations continue to provide their services.

Every day we receive requests for treatment not only from the prefecture of Imathia, but also from areas of the rest of Greece. Nevertheless, following the international trends of modern psychiatry, we insist on operating as a structure with a small number of patients.

It is our duty and obligation to continuously improve and meet the expectations of our patients for the optimal care of their mental health and upgrade their quality of life not only during their hospitalization but also during their social reintegration.
